Reservations & confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by IL SOGNO. A booking request submitted through our website constitutes an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from us.
A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the check-in date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows are charged the full amount of the reservation.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or travel restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your stay without penalty.
Check-in, check-out & house rules
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed. Cascina IL SOGNO is not set up for families or children up to the age of 16. For this reason, such bookings are not accepted.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to decline or terminate a reservation in the event of conduct that is disruptive to other guests or the property.
